I honestly like it a lot! the performance on it is alright for most heavy programs like davinci, but not heavy games. the screen looks great! I'm having a great time with it so far.
Got this exact same model.. can vouch for this guy's review.. 1 suggestion.. Do a "reset my pc" once.. it noticeably reduces the heating, atleast in my case
I don't know why but night light actually hurts my eyes more than normal mode.. That's why I wear these blue light filter glasses all day even though I have perfect vision..
My brightness enhancement is at 40(all colours), contrast enhancement at 19(all colours) and saturation at 40. I watch a lot of content on my laptop but I'd like to keep the colour as accurate as possible.
The Acer has Wi-Fi 7, but oddly enough, my ASUS consistently gets better download speeds. I tested it multiple times with the same dual-band router at different distances, and the ASUS always comes out on top.
Remember that it's an OLED display so keep the open windows moving from time to time to avoid burn-in. Avoid static elements and turn on auto hide taskbar.
The Acer Swift Go 14 is the best laptop under $1,000 if you prioritize display quality โ the 2.8K OLED at this price point is extraordinary. Battery life and build quality are the trade-offs. For most users, the display upgrade over IPS alternatives is worth it.
