I dislike my X600 VERY much! Overhyped piece of xxxx! Luckily, I got it as a present. I only use mine if my Libratone Zipp2's and Minirigs run out of juice....last resort kinda scenario. I've updated etc and on so many occasions the app refuses to link to my speaker which is 100% genuine.
i bought X600 for 80 bucks and i gotta say im disappointed with it, it sounds dull to my ears, i put it next to my JBL flip 6 which is an cheaper speaker and the difference is clear as day that my whole family could say the JBL sounded better. go with the charge 6, it is 100% the better speaker here.
I also own the Uboom X and go and play 3. I Still come back to this speaker for most of the rock music I listen to. Has great detail and I can hear the guitars better. The low end bass is great on the x600 for the size.
Have the Motion x600 and the Bose. My Soundcore Motion x600 blows it out of the water. Bought them at nearly the same time, but then bought a second Motion x600
I've had the X600 for two years. Still one of my favorite speakers for low volume near field listening. At close proximity the spatial audio makes a difference and sounds great.
If you like a bright clear sound with prominent highs, x600 or motion+ if you wanna save some money are a good solution.
I have that same soundcore and bose and the flex 2 sounds surprisingly better in all ways.
True, it doesn't get super super loud, and the bass rolls off a little above 60% volume. But getting another speaker to use in stereo mode obviously helps with that. It's slightly annoying to have to turn on two speakers every time though, I wish it would automatically turn on the other speaker it's paired to.
I would pick the Soundcore X600, which is a stereo speaker. JBL 6 is just a mono speaker. Also Soundcore X600 have a really good EQ which you can change the sound to suit you better. JBL 6 is designed more durable for the beach, but that's about it.
