The Apple TV 4K (3rd gen) is the fastest, most polished streaming device available — and the most expensive by a wide margin. Its A15 Bionic chip is overkill for streaming, but the ecosystem integration with iPhone, HomePod, and HomeKit is genuinely seamless in a way competitors can't match. If you're already Apple, it's a clear yes. If you're not, the $174 CAD price tag is hard to justify over a $50 Roku.
