The Stream Deck app needs to run at startup for the device to work. It's lightweight, but it adds another startup process. Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing upfront.

The USB-C cable exits from the bottom of the device, which makes cable management slightly awkward on a cluttered desk. A rear exit would be cleaner.

I immediately wanted the XL version after a week of use. 15 keys sounds like plenty until you start building out profiles for each app. Use the nested pages feature or budget for the XL.
