No temperature control is frustrating…
I specifically wanted to use a lower temperature for my bleached hair and the fixed 185°C felt too hot. I understand their reasoning but I wanted the option to go lower.

It's a great flat iron and the results are excellent, but at $300 I struggle to say it's worth the premium over much cheaper irons that do the same job.

After two years the cord near the handle has stiffened and started to show some wear at the root. Fine functionally but less elegant than it was when new.
