Paid full price for it at release. Worth every penny as it is the only product of it's kind.

For being the only low profile mechanical wireless keyboard, sure, logitech has a monopoly on that tech

I've had the chattering (double clicking) happen to me on THREE Logitech keyboards and I will never again buy one. They lost me as a customer. On two keyboards (G815, G915) it happened just after the warranty period expired, and on the last one (G915 X Lightspeed) it happened a month after I bought it.

I have one and can confirm that mine does the same thing for the double clicking, no lights turning off for me tho.

At 45k, it better give my fingers a massage and make me a cup of tea after a gaming session..

Wireless/LIGHTSPEED and the battery life are amazing... It's definitely not 200USD+ amazing.

But I can't doo it anymore. I thought I'd miss the shine-through keycaps, so I bought a BenQ Screenbar Halo 2 lamp, which honesttly has been a great purchase all by itself. And I'm keeping my double typing errors in tthis post as a record of my final days with this damn thing.

I had **double clicking** problems since almost beginning (I should have known better and returned it immediately). By now almost **10 different keys** had double clicking problems, which at this price point is unacceptable.

โœ… What Works

  • Only mainstream low-profile mechanical wireless keyboard on the market โ€” a genuine category of one
  • LIGHTSPEED wireless connection performs well when the keyboard itself is functioning
  • Praised as worth the price specifically for the unique low-profile form factor

โš ๏ธ Worth Knowing

  • Key chattering / double-clicking is a recurring hardware defect reported across multiple units and models
  • Failures reported on close to 10 keys on some units, often appearing just after warranty expires
  • Support response described as limited, pushing some owners toward cheaper alternatives entirely
  • At this price point, reliability issues are a real risk according to repeat owners
  • Score revised from an earlier pass in this same correction sweep to accurately reflect the sentiment split above โ€” treat this as the current, corrected figure.
ClearPick Verdict

Owner reports on the G915 TKL are dominated by one recurring hardware defect: key chattering, or double-clicking. Of 10 collected mentions, 7 are negative, with one owner describing the issue on three separate Logitech keyboards including two G915 units, another reporting nearly 10 different keys affected on their unit, and several noting it tends to appear just after the warranty period expires. Owners describe switching to far cheaper alternatives (one cites a $40 keyboard) after losing patience with the problem and getting little resolution from support. The low-profile mechanical wireless format is still praised as genuinely unique โ€” two owners call it "worth every penny" specifically because nothing else on the market matches the low-profile-plus-wireless combination. This is a reasonable pick for buyers who want that specific low-profile wireless niche and are willing to gamble on build quality, but the recurring chattering-key reports are a real risk at this price point.
