Had one and returned it. Keep in mind they're very loud, so I would highly advise against owning one if you live in an apartment. It straight up sounds like a plane taking off in your living room. And as many of ninja's other products, a lot of people buy these and they collect dust. They're very cool for social media but most people won't be using it every day. I'd imagine you can probably find them dirt cheap from people trying to get rid of theirs.

You have to freeze for at least 24 hours. Then you do the run for approximately 5 min. Sometimes you need to respin for another 2 min. So if you prep ahead its pretty quick.

I got a refurb for $90 from woot and they are on sale at Costco for $150 or less right now. I would not buy from someone else unless it was super cheap since people do break them with careless use.
