I've got several travel pro's luggages and recently found out that customer support is non existent. They don't answer any emails, everything is "automated" and if you ever get some issue outside their automated flow chart, then you are screwed. ... Also, you won't or at least I didn't find replacement parts like wheels and it sucks to throw away such an expensive item because of a $5 part.

i have the travelpro and i m very happy ... the handle is a weak point for TravelPro: Mine is recent and it got dented internally -- however, it was easy to get a replacement handle from TravelPro (they mailed it to me), and replacing it myself only required a screw driver and YouTube video. ... the wheels are really excellent, and the fact that I say this for a larger suitcase that was made to carry 50 lbs -- it's a pretty big test
