eufy Auto-Empty C10

Best Budget Self-Empty Robot Vacuum

The eufy Auto-Empty C10 brings self-emptying capability to the most affordable price point in Canada โ€” it vacuums your floors and empties itself into the base station, so you only need to empty the bag every 30-45 days. For Canadian households that want truly hands-off robot vacuuming without spending $600+, the C10 is the entry point.

It looks fine from the video, the robot probably needs better software tuning to clean the corners a bit better but that is an eufy issue.

I'd go with the Dreame for sure. It has a bigger battery, larger storage capacity for the auto-empty, better obstacle avoidance, more suction, the ability to mop if you choose to, and a longer warranty. All for a slightly lower price.

I think it's fairly normal for robots to gently bump furniture to vacuum close to the legs.

Love how thin it is and nice small station too. Maps fairly accurate but sadly on first vacuuming it keeps bumping into all furniture. It doesn't bump and go too, it sometimes bumps 3 or more times before it actually moves on.

Every time you start a clean, it moves around to find its self. Usually bumping into furniture. It also keeps bumping into pretty much all furniture when cleaning. Only had it 4 days and it's already really scratched.

I recently got a Eufy C10 that is just what I wanted in terms of features plus the slim profile of both the vacuum and the base/bin... but I DO need more suction. I think this one is 4,000Pa and it leaves so much behind even on the max setting.

โœ… What Works

  • Compact self-empty station with a 2.5L dust bag means genuinely hands-free operation for up to 45 days โ€” one of the most space-efficient self-empty setups in the category
  • Slim 2.85-inch profile clears more furniture than most robot vacuums โ€” gets under low-clearance sofas and bed frames that block taller models
  • BoostIQ automatically increases suction on carpet transitions โ€” handles the hard floor to area rug transitions common in Canadian living rooms without manual adjustment
  • Straightforward setup and app experience โ€” reviewers consistently note it's one of the easiest robot vacuums to get running out of the box

โš ๏ธ Worth Knowing

  • No mopping function โ€” this is a dedicated vacuum only, which is the right choice for homes with all carpet but a limitation for mixed hard floor and carpet homes
  • Random navigation pattern rather than systematic grid mapping โ€” cleans effectively over time but doesn't offer room-specific scheduling or methodical row-by-row coverage
  • Better for small to medium apartments than large Canadian homes โ€” battery runtime and random navigation make full-home coverage on larger floor plans less consistent
ClearPick Verdict

The eufy AutoEmpty C10 is the simplest path to a self-emptying robot vacuum without paying for navigation or mopping features you may not need. The slim profile, reliable suction, and genuinely compact self-empty station make it ideal for smaller Canadian homes and apartments. If you want set-it-and-forget-it vacuuming without the complexity of full smart mapping, this delivers exactly that.
