I have an Embody after trying the Steelcase Gesture and Haworth Fern, and I hated those other chairs. The Embody is the only chair thats ever felt like it suited me and it got rid of my lower back pain. I will say that my partner who's only 5ft 1 and 47kg doesnt like the Embody either, she says its too firm. Whereas im 6ft 3 at 110kg and it feels like sitting on a cloud to me.

I can tell you when I first got my Embody I hated it. Was really difficult for me to get it dialed in for my back. Near the end of the return period I gave another shot at the adjustments and it just clicked. Had mine for two years now and I just love it.

For real this thing is a piece of s***. All these endless comments about how to adjust the chair (I know how to adjust a god d*** chair) and how you should wait for your f****** back to adjust to the chair, as if it shouldn't be the other way around ... I am already extremely skinny at 6'4" 170lbs and the plastic daggers HM calls lumbar support won't let me sit in this torture device for more than 30 minutes.

i have had the logitec and the normal embody and they are amazing. I prefer the normal embody since the material is a tad different but they are both 9.5/10 chairs.

After a few days of owning the chair I have to say this thing is not worth 1350 euros. Keep in mind that it usually goes for 1700 - 1800 euros which is absolutely ridiculous. It feels like any other office chair out there. It's quite stiff overall and the seat is way too firm for my liking ... The plastic construction feels a bit cheap and the armrests are laughably bad for such an expensive chair.
