The glass charger is fragile…
The glass charging cup cracked when I knocked it off the counter. Replacement is $25–35. Beautiful design but should have gone with a plastic stand.

Several of the brushing modes are only configurable through the app. It's not a big deal but I didn't expect to need my phone to set up my toothbrush.

The handle gets noticeably warm when charging in the glass. It's within normal range for induction charging but it was unexpected the first time I touched it.
