Just started the return process myself :/ They refuse to give me an ETA on fix. Been waiting three weeks and nothing.

You made the right call. All hype, paid YouTube reviews, "happy posts" on here just to get a worthless extended warranty. Avoid.

It is really good mate, I'm quite a tall guy at 6'6 so having the XL option was a no brainer for me. It's solid and comfortable, the build quality is fantastic and even the unboxing and assembly process has been thought through really well. They have considered pretty much everything. It is a little bit firmer than I thought it would be on the cushion but still very comfortable. I have only used it for one night, and still trying to figure out just how I like all the adjustments (mainly cause there are so many) But first impressions are that this chair is fantastic. Very happy with it and would recommend.

i've had the titan evo for about 14 months now. honestly the firmness stays pretty stiff - some people love that support but if you're used to plush office chairs it might feel harsh after hour 5. no squeaking on mine yet though. the lumbar is solid but doesn't move much. i feel you on not wanting regret. what helped me was trying a [Noblechairs Hero Series](https://featherab.com/shopit?search_keywords=Noblechairs+Hero+Series) too - similar build but slightly softer foam and more adjustable lumbar. both hold up well long term, just different comfort styles.

Yep, definitely. The Omega was really nice. I should have go for the old model. Old Titan and Omega seems to be the best chair. I got trick by this stupid magnetic pillow hahaha.

No, can't be done. The holes is not align I can send you a picture. The only way to make it even is to drill the chair. I had my friend helping me and we are both perfectionist. Thanks for the reply tho I will try it again and try different angle to align it see if it works.

โœ… What Works

  • Solid build quality and thoughtful unboxing/assembly process when everything arrives aligned
  • Firm, supportive lumbar that holds up over 14+ months of use for at least one long-term owner
  • Comfortable for long sessions according to positive reviews

โš ๏ธ Worth Knowing

  • Assembly issues reported, including misaligned mounting holes requiring drilling to fix
  • Customer support experiences described as slow, with one owner waiting three weeks with no ETA on a return
  • Firmness runs stiff โ€” could feel harsh for owners used to plush chairs
  • Marketing and hype around the chair criticized as overstated by some owners
  • Score revised from an earlier pass in this same correction sweep to accurately reflect the sentiment split above โ€” treat this as the current, corrected figure.
ClearPick Verdict

Owner reports on the TITAN Evo are mixed to negative: 4 of 6 mentions are negative and 1 is mixed. Assembly and build complaints show up directly โ€” one owner reports misaligned mounting holes that couldn't be fixed without drilling the chair themselves. Customer support experiences are a recurring pain point too, with one owner waiting three weeks on a return with no ETA and another calling the marketing around it "all hype... paid YouTube reviews." On comfort, the chair runs firm โ€” one long-term owner (14 months) says it "stays pretty stiff" and could feel harsh to anyone used to plusher chairs, though they report no squeaking and solid lumbar support. Fit and finish are strong when a unit arrives correctly assembled, per the positive review from a 6'6" owner. This suits buyers who want firm, structured support and are prepared to deal with Secretlab's support process if something goes wrong; those wanting plush comfort or a smooth return experience should look elsewhere.
