Heavy for a portable speaker…

I hike with it and at 2 lbs it adds up on long trips. JBL should have made a lighter version for backpackers. The Flip 6 is much more packable.

Doesn't float…

I assumed IP67 waterproof meant it would float. Dropped it off my kayak and it sank immediately. Luckily the water was shallow.

Bass is too heavy for home use…

Sounds great at the beach but in my apartment the bass is overwhelming for podcasts and folk music. Even with EQ turned down it's bass-forward.
