The globe stopped rotating after 14 months — just past the warranty. Litter-Robot support was helpful and sold me a replacement motor at cost, but having to repair a $700 appliance in year two wasn't what I expected.

It's much larger than I expected. With the cover on it's almost 30 inches tall and nearly 2 feet wide. In my apartment bathroom there was no way to fit it — I had to put it in the bedroom which is less than ideal.
