It does not use hot water. I know that by the time it starts mopping the last bit of the house the place it started in is already dry. After it mops my house feels very clean, no bad smell at all. And I don’t use the cleaning agent, just water for now.
Leave them on. This vacuum is a great deal compared to some of the other overpriced ones
I’ve dealt with Roborock support / warranty service probably six times (we have multiple robots in our house and office) and they’ve actually been amazingly helpful. They’re quick to respond, they’ll send you a prepaid shopping label to mail your robot to their repair center in Texas, and they have a pretty quick turnaround time getting it evaluated and repaired and sent back.
To me, the sides of the floor against the baseboard are just as clean as the rest of the floor. I have yet to notice a distinct difference of the corners/edges being left dirty or looking different or less clean than the rest.
I will agree with some above comments. It does go thru a bit of water. I adjusted mine to use less water. But honestly Iv had like 6 other brands…. This one is amazing. It doesn’t suck up socks, toys and other junk that i previously had tons of issues with.
Recently purchased the same unit. If left them on so far, and don’t have any complaints. It seems to be cleaned and dried effectively I did notice when it goes over area rug/carpet, the carpet was slightly damp. But not overly concerned.
I have this one sitting in my garage, it pisses me off so much, it's great at mopping etc etc however it uses too damn much water I need to keep replenishing the water tank after 3 days, not ok but when it comes to vacuuming the carpet it's absolutely s*** house as well as any kind of edge cleaning... I bought Qurevo Curve to replace it and it's been a dream ever since, no more dirt and dust along the edges of my home.
Yeah, this is exactly why the Mova p10 pro is untouchable at its regular $450 sale price. For $30 more than this when they’re both on sale you get vastly more features that actually improve cleaning and maintainence. Not just the gimmicky features either.
I leave them on all the time! In your settings there should be options for drying time so the pads don’t get moldy. Make sure those are set to like.. 6hrs. I take mine out and bleach and dry them once a month for a deep clean tho.
First off, if you’re considering getting a robot vacuum/mop, just do it. I don’t know how I ever went without this thing. I tell my husband all the time that this is one of the best purchases I have made. I for one love the Roborock app.
My Roborock leaves streaks on the wooden floor after mopping. The streaks appear where the two mops meet. So, there is a small area that is not cleaned, and this creates the pattern on the floor. I also tried this with my brother’s Roborock, which is the same model. The result was the same.
